Please note the new Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference (12th AMENDMENT) Regulations, 2013 (6 OF 2013). That Do not use your mobile for unwanted commercial SMS and calls. The defaulting number will be liable for disconnection.

- Disconnection on first instance post investigation
- Disconnection of all the telecom resources allotted under the same name and address
- Upload information on TRAI portal, for other service providers to disconnect all telecom resources provided by them on same name and address
- Blacklisting of the subscriber for 2 years under same name and address
