How to Call Vodafone India Customer Care Executive


Here is the procedure that "How you can call Vodafone customer care executive". I am writing this because many of the people don't able to contact CCE. Lately we just call on a number and press 9 or 0 to talk with CCE, but now they make the calling process complex we have to go inside an option and then other option.
     So here is "how to call",

          1.  dial 111
          2.  If there is any informatory message or tariff offer, then simply press any key, instead of listening the
               whole message.
          3.  Choose 4th option, that is of internet, 3G etc.
          4.  In 4th option dial 3 (to know about data plan)
          5.  Don't wait dial 9 directly when you enter in the 3rd option, this option will say "To call to Costumer
               Care Executive Press 9" after completion of the instruction.
This procedure works in Punjab. If you are from other state and the above method do not work, then simply follow the
1.  'Internet, 3G option'
2.  then go to 'know about data plan'
Call and clear your queries with Costumer Care Executive.
